Back to school time is a great time to brush up on SMART Board/Interactive Whiteboard skills! I recently put together a mind map of SMART Board resources for the St. John’s teachers and thought others may appreciate it as well. It covers all things SMART – software, training, blogs, podcasts, file libraries and web sites that work well with SMART Boards. You can view it online at bit.ly/smartresources.
Click the nodes to expand the map and click the icons to visit each link
A couple of standouts on the map include …
- Tom Barrett’s Interesting Ways to use an Interactive Whitebord collaborative Google presentation
- Harvey’s Teacher Utilities where you can download fun games to use for review including Wheel of Fortune
- The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives web site which would be useful for all types of Math related manipulations on the SMART Board
I’d love to add your favorite SMART Board resource to the map, so please add a comment if you like something that isn’t listed!
As an added bonus, I have created other resource mind maps for various audiences which may also be of interest.
